Thermly is operated by Thermly Limited, a New Zealand company.

Pre-release service

Thermly is a pre-release product under active development. It has not been fully validated for every project, product, assembly or use case.

Outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate or incorrect. This includes extracted information, measurements, quantities, product data, R-values, heat-loss calculations, compliance results and generated reports.

Your responsibility

Thermly is a calculation and documentation aid. It does not provide engineering, architectural, legal or building compliance advice, and it does not replace professional judgement or project-specific review.

You must independently check every input, assumption, source, calculation and output against the project documents, current manufacturer information, the New Zealand Building Code and any applicable standards before relying on, submitting or using it.

You must not use Thermly as the sole basis for design, consent documentation, construction or a compliance decision. You remain responsible for the accuracy and suitability of all information and reports produced using the service.

Product information

Product information and source references may be incomplete, outdated, superseded or unsuitable for a particular project or assembly. You must confirm product properties and installation requirements with the manufacturer or another authoritative source.

Early access

Thermly is provided without charge during early access. Features, calculations, reports, availability and pricing may change. Access may be suspended or withdrawn while the service is being developed.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Thermly is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without any guarantee that its outputs will be accurate, complete, compliant or suitable for a particular purpose.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any right or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

You must not use Thermly for any unlawful, misleading or unsafe purpose. By using the service, you agree to these terms.
